Extend the range of your ASIAIR-PRO WiFi signal with this WiFi range extender from ZWO! This signal amplifier/range extender can be powered using either of the included 12V DC (recommended) or 5V USB cables. Eliminate spotty signals and dead zones over a distance of up to ~984 ft (300 m).

Just received the ZWO WiFi Extender in time to use it at a dark site last weekend. I had issues pre to receiving signal where if I was just indoor (no more than 10ft away) I would lose connection to my iPad. At the dark site I connected it into the chain and was able to receive from within my camper over 60ft away. Definitely a must have if using the ASI AIR Pro (especially since it was -3 Celcius). I'm amazed at what ZWO is putting together and the software engineering they have accomplished. Kudo's to ZWO. (ASI AIR Pro, EAF, EFW, ASI6200MC, ASI290MM, WiFi Extender, WO 132FLT, WO 80 Megrez, WO 50mm Guide all sitting on a EQ6RPro, powered by Jackery 1000w power station)
The WIFI Extender is well packaged, it should be noted that it is manufactured for ZWO by Vonets . The set up using IOS soft-ware has some hick ups in configuring and connecting. Once connected, I experienced several occasions when connection got dropped. Further evaluations are required !
It is not a secret that AsiAir Pro has difficulty with the WiFi connection. This little toy extends the range quite far around, and even to the nearby house without a glitch. Better then Tylenol - no more headaches. Highly recommended.
