Triple APOD - May 7, 2025: The Pinwheel Galaxy (M101) By Allen Schultz

From Allen:

Captured using HaOIII shots from 2025-04-05 and RGB from 2025-04-24 to 2025-04-25.  There is about 6+ hours of integration within the high light polluted sky.  It would require to go to a dark sky site to get more M101 structure.  The Ha (red palette) from the HaOIII filter is slightly enhanced in the post processing to give it a little more dimension.
