ZWO Pier Extension 160

I was 100% sure I needed this pier extension but purchased it out of an abundance of caution for use with my ZWO AM3N/TC40 mount tripod combination. The additional height has not hurt the stability of the mount at all. Simple to assemble and install.

Piece of mind article, easy to put together, and keeps the scope well away from the tripod when at zenith. Certainly recommend this for the TC40.
