Product Description
The 0.85x reducer lowers the Askar 80ED to f/6. This is a standard reducer with field-flattening correction.
It adopts a triplet lens design, including one piece of ED glass, optimized for the APS-C frame. It weighs 0.44 kg. The back focus is a standard 55mm from the M48 threaded surface.
The shorter focal ratio provides a wider field of view and faster exposure times, making it ideal for capturing large nebulae, star clusters, and faint, fast-moving celestial objects.
