The TeleVue 0.8x Focal Reducer/Flattener for TeleVue 85/Pronto is an accessory lens which converts TV-85 to 480 mm f/5.6, and the Pronto to 380 mm f/5.4, while also flattening the field, for doing flat field, high quality, fast photography. The fully multi-coated 3-element unit inserts directly into 2" focuser, accepts standard T-rings for 35 mm cameras.
This accessory is a must-have for someone planning to use the TV-85 photographically. Also it is possible to use this Reducer-Corrector with any refractor having a focal length within the range of 400 mm to 600 mm.
