All Star service

Nicholas and Richard are excellent to deal with. From helping to decide what is required for my set up to information about equipment. One of the better companies I have done business with. Would reccomend anyone looking to purchase astrophotography equipment to call them first. Well earned 5 stars from this customer.

Works well

My only complaint is with cable management for astrophotography it would have been nice to have the transformer box closer to the 120v plug and to have it detached so it stayed with the 120 plug and therefore when packing up scope with cables you did not have that little brick hanging there.

Overall great product dc cord on the short side

Product works great. Only thing that would be nice is if the DC portion of the cable was longer as by the time you plug it into your camera the ac to dc converter block is hanging off the ground. You should by a dc extension cable for this.
