Product Description
The Askar 80ED is a telescope with an aperture of 80mm, a focal length of 560mm, and a focal ratio of F7. The optical lens features a two-element structure, consisting of one ED glass and one standard achromatic glass.

- Reversible & Detachable Lens Hood: Retractable design reduces stray light when attached, but can be reversed to minimize size (just 404mm long) for convinient storage.
- Single ED Element: Minimizes chromatic abberation while improving resolution, contrast, and color fidelity.
- Built for Functionality: Includes a 200mm vixen-style dovetail plate (compatible with EQ mounts and tripods), a hollowed handle bar (allowing for accessory attachment), and an enlarged tube ring thumb locking screw.
- Rack & Pinion Focuser: Get your focus close with the coarse adjustment knob, then dial in your final focus with the 1:10 fine adjustment knob.
- 2-Inch Adapter: 3-point locking screw fixation.
- Dual Finder Base Slots: Compatible with most finderscopes on the market.
- Bottom Locking Screw: Supports electronic focuser.
